Biography

Dr. Pilnick is a Clinical Psychologist and a Pediatric Neuropsychologist who specializes in the evaluation of children, adolescents, and young adults who suffer from cognitive, emotional, and behavioral difficulties related to developmental disorders and neurological diseases or injuries, including learning and attention disabilities, psychiatric disorders, and autism.  Dr. Pilnick has specialized training in administering the Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale-Second Edition (ADOS-II). 

Dr. Pilnick earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. She completed her first year of residency training (intern) at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center. Her second and third years of residency training (postdoctoral fellowship) were completed in clinical neuropsychology at the University of Michigan Medical Center.  Prior to joining Neuropsychology Associates, Dr. Pilnick was an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
