Neuropsychology Associates offers Telehealth Appointments for our patients

The doctors at Neuropsychology Associates recognize that obtaining medical and psychological care can be challenging. Because our patients may not always be able to physically attend an appointment we offer Telehealth appointments.

Our Telehealth Appointments are designed to be extremely simple

We offer simple and confidential services through the use of Telehealth over the internet that include:

  • Neuropsychological consultations

  • Psychiatric medication evaluations

  • Psychiatric medication rechecks

  • Psychotherapy

  • Mental status examinations

How to Use Telehealth

To use our Telehealth services, first call our office to schedule your appointment as you would normally schedule any office visit. You will then be given a password.

All you need is an electronic device with a camera and microphone, such as:

  • a desktop or laptop computer

  • a smartphone

  • an iPad or tablet

    (most all smart devices have cameras and microphones built into them)

Follow These Simple Steps

  1. Call our office and schedule your appointment and we will give you a password

  2. Turn on your electronic device and get onto the internet. Type the following words directly into the address bar* (not the search box)

    npa.today

    Immediately you will see a gray screen and our logo.

  3. Type in the password we gave you (use all lower case letters)

  4. When you see your clinical provider’s picture. Click the box that reads “Enter Waiting Room” and enter your name.

At your appointment time, your doctor or therapist will connect with you.
